La pulpe est orang\u00e9e, d\u2019une texture compacte et contrairement au Melon Cantaloup, il est plus tendre, d\u2019un go\u00fbt plus sucr\u00e9, et sa dur\u00e9e de vie est plus faible apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte.
